BEAR Scotland is a company formed by the alliance of some of the most prominent road infrastructure design & maintenance organisations in the United Kingdom and Europe; namely Jacobs, Ennstone plc & Ringway Group Limited.
With these organisations forming the back-bone of our company, we have the capacity to provide our customers with a first-rate service.
BEAR Scotland's activity is structured in three complementary business lines: Network Management, Design, and Operations. Going beyond the traditional role of a road maintenance company, BEAR has developed a holistic approach to its business, providing added value and increased integration of traditional disciplines to meet the new needs voiced by its clients and by road users.
